Relaxing Afternoon in the Sun Room

It's a beautiful Summer day here in Colorado. But we're hard at work in the store all day. To make up for it, I thought I'd bring a little bit of the beautiful outside, INSIDE!

These were all shot in the sun room of the amazing Wightwick Manor, a museum quality (and sized!) dollhouse built by Norm Sr. It's on display in the store, and you should definitely come down and see it sometime. I'll do a blog entry about it at some point for those of you who can't see it in person. It's amazing, and inspirational for dollhouse makers. :)

On to the sun room pictures!

You can find flowers, benches, tools and statuary to decorate your own sun room on our webpage here - Landscaping Supplies at Norm's Dollhouse. See you next time! Have a great weekend!

"There Ain't Nobody Here But Us Chickens..."

(Warning... bad puns ahead!) We just got in some eggscelent new chicken items in our shop!

Chickens1
Beautiul Reutters Rooster sink! I'm just so eggcited that we have this back in stock in the store.

Chickens2
No time to get the dishes done! How eggsasperating! The poor housekeeper must just be eggshausted!

Chickens3
This sink is really beautiful and I would have to say it is definitely everything it's cracked up to be.

Chickens4
Here's a shelf full of decorative chickens. What a plucky bunch!

Chickens5
Hmm, this little guy is pretty cute, but nothing to crow about.

Chickens6
These two in the front look like they need to relax. Perhaps they should go for a peck-inic.

Chickens7
That rooster has a pretty cute hen girlfriend. Bet she loves him for his two-lips!

Uh oh... time to end the blog entry. I can hear David clearing his throat behind me: "a-hen! a-hen!" Okay, I think I've run out of puns. Clucky for you guys!

Happy Satuday Everyone! I hope it's wonderful with no fowl weather!

SALE: Huge House - Smaller Price! The RGT Bostonian

We're closing out all of the Real Good Toys kits and houses that we have in the store. We won't be carrying this brand of dollhouse anymore, and they're not listed on our website, which means this is a great opportunity for some major in store savings for you!

Everything we have left in stock is marked down, but I think one of the best sales, and the biggest opportunities is the finished Bostonian.

This model was built from the milled plywood version of the kit. The kit alone retails for $669!

It's a huge and very lovely house, with lots of rooms and plenty of decorating potential.

This kit has been professionally built and the exterior finished by master dollhouse builder, David Nielsen, and is just waiting for the right home.

It's a sturdy and ready to finish doll home!

The house comes with the rest of the paint used in finishing the exterior, just in case it should ever need a touch up.

The rooms inside are all unfinished, so you can electrify and decorate it in whatever style best suits your dreamhouse!

The finished model is on sale in the store, right now, for only $800! Come in and visit and you'll see why that's an amazing price! We only have one of these available, and then it'll be gone forever!

Thanks for looking! Hope you'll come down and visit us at Norm's Dollhouse!

P.S. I almost forgot to tell you! David and I deliver within the metro area! So if you want the house, but you drive a Prius, we'll get it to you without tying it to the roof of your car. :)
